Terms & Conditions
To keep everything transparent and fair, these conditions apply to all coating packages:

Durability Expectations
Stated durability (2 years / 30,000 km or 4 years / 60,000 km) is based on proper maintenance and typical driving conditions.
• Harsh environments, poor wash methods, or neglect can reduce performance.

Paint Condition
Stage 1 correction removes light defects and improves overall gloss.
• Deeper scratches, etching, or heavy defects may require multi-stage correction at additional cost.

Warranty Requirements
Annual maintenance detail required to maintain coating performance.
• Use of automatic car washes, abrasive products, or harsh chemicals voids durability expectations.

Environmental Factors
Coatings do not prevent stone chips, deep scratches, or physical damage.
• Coatings reduce but do not eliminate the risk of wash marring.

Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Vehicle must be presented in a reasonably clean condition; excessive soiling may incur a surcharge.
