Service Location Requirements
We operate as a mobile service and rely on accessible, safe spaces to work efficiently. We are unable to carry out services in the following locations:
- Main or heavily trafficked roads
- Narrow or restricted streets
- Pay-and-display or limited-time car parks
If your preferred location may present any of the above challenges, please reach out before booking, we’re happy to help find a suitable alternative nearby.
Travel costs may impact final price based on your location.

Heavily Soiled Interiors
If your interior contains excessive mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood, or other biohazards, additional cleaning charges will apply.
We recommend sending photos ahead of your booking so we can provide an accurate quote.
Where no images are sent, a revised price will be discussed on the day, prior to any work starting.

Transfer of Booking
You may nominate another person to take over your booking within 48 hours of the original booking, as long as the new location still meets all service requirements.

Disruptions and Rescheduling
We do our best to honour every booking, but delays due to traffic, adverse weather, or unforeseen events may require us to reschedule. In these cases, we’ll offer the next available slot.

Deposits and Bookings
All bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit paid by bank transfer to confirm your appointment.
Deposit amounts vary depending on location, package, and vehicle condition.
A booking is considered confirmed only once the deposit has cleared.
Mobile service is subject to these terms and conditions.

Agreement and Payment
By placing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
If we’re unable to perform the service due to unsafe, unsuitable, or undisclosed site conditions, the full service cost may still be charged.
Invoices are issued to the details you provided at booking. Failure to pay may result in legal recovery action.
A missed appointment is lost income. Please value our time—we’ll always value yours.
